Se trata de un proyecto con un programa funcional complejo, con diferenciación entre zonas comunes y privadas, que debe atender a la propuesta de caracteres distributivos y a la poética de las relaciones espaciales, sin olvidar condicionantes siempre presentes como la flexibilidad.

 

Desde un punto de vista del territorio, la parcela en la que se implanta el proyecto debe caracterizarse construyendo los espacios externos del proyecto, favoreciendo así la relación interior-exterior. Los conceptos que aglutinan las variables del proyecto son la idea de arquitectura y la necesaria vinculación a la escala humana y territorial.

 

El proyecto, que combina viviendas tuteladas con centro de día, permite la relación entre diferentes grupos sociales: ancianos, jóvenes y personas en riesgo de exclusión social; mediante un programa que tiene en cuenta la creación de grandes espacios exteriores conectados con las zonas comunes del edificio.

It is a project with a complex functional program, with differentiation between common and private areas, which must attend to the proposal of distributive characteristics and to the poetics of spatial relations, without forgetting concepts such as flexibility.

 

From a territorial point of view, the plot in which the project is located is characterized by building the external spaces of the project, it favoring the interior-exterior relationship. The project combine the concepts of the idea of architecture and the necessary linkage to the human and territorial scale.

 

The project, which combines housing with a day care center, allows the relationship between different social groups: the elderly, young people and people at risk of social exclusion. It is achieved trough a program that takes into account the creation of large outdoor spaces connected with the common areas of the building.
