LAGUNAS DE RUIDERA. CASTILLA LA MANCHA. 2012

Se trata de uno de mis primeros proyectos. El programa es el de una pequeña vivienda de fin de semana en el que se dejaba a nuestra elección el lugar donde ubicar el proyecto. Se decide implantar el refugio en este parque por las vistas naturales que posee y por sus bellos atardeceres que invitan a la relajación y a la desconexión.

 

La denominación de refugio sugiere tanto su función de resguardo y abrigo de la intemperie, como un aislamiento de la sociedad donde concentrarse, contemplar y reencontrarse con uno mismo. Es por ello que la propuesta surge de la idea de ‘observar sin ser visto’, proyectando un espacio abierto al entorno, pero cerrado a las personas que se encuentran en él para proporcionarles intimidad. El habitáculo respeta el entorno natural y se adapta al medio, y nunca lo contrario.

This is one of my first projects. The program is a small weekend home where the location of the project was left to our choice. It is decided to implant the refuge in this park because of the natural views and its beautiful sunsets that invite to the relaxation and the disconnection.

 

The concept of shelter suggests its dwelling function and the isolation of society where concentrate, contemplate and rediscover oneself. The proposal arises from the idea of 'observe without being seen', projecting a space open to the environment, but closed to the people who are in it to provide them privacy. The container respects the natural environment and it adapts to the environment, and never the opposite.
