Nace como concepto de vivienda-taller y se sitúa en una parcela irregular en el centro del municipio con medianería en su lado norte. La estrategia de proyecto consiste en dividir el programa en tres partes: galería, zona servida y zona servidora, que se constituyen como partes independientes y se articulan con un sistema de medias plantas mediante unas escaleras metálicas que sobresalen en la fachada interior.

 

La parcela elegida presenta desnivel entre sus lados paralelos, es por ello que se produce el acceso a la vivienda desde diferentes cotas. El conjunto edificado no utiliza la totalidad de la parcela, transformándose los espacios intersticiales en patios conectados con la vivienda. De esta forma también se permite la ventilación cruzada de todos los espacios interiores.

It was born as a concept of housing-workshop and is situated on an irregular plot in the center of the municipality with a middle-wall on its north side. The project strategy consists in dividing the program into three parts: gallery, served area and server area. Them are constituted as independent parts and are articulated with a system of half floors through metal stairs that protrude on the interior façade.

 

The chosen plot presents unevenness between its parallel sides, because of this the access to the house is produced from different heights. The building does not use the entire plot, transforming the interstitial spaces into smalls courtyard connected to the house. This also allows cross ventilation for all interior spaces.
